Coach Ryan Carter began his coaching journey in 2021 with the formation of Krash 12U. Over the next two years, he led the team to multiple successful seasons, building a strong foundation and culture of development. In 2023, Coach Carter transitioned to Legacy Tennessee Mojo out of Brighton, bringing most of his roster with him to take full advantage of the organization’s top-tier facilities and competitive environment.

In addition to coaching, Ryan is a dedicated pitching and hitting instructor at Smash Softball in Lansing, where he works with athletes on advanced mechanics and performance. He also plays a key leadership role as the director of TN Mojo North, helping guide and support teams across the region.

Coach Carter is known for his passion, player development focus, and commitment to growing the game the right way.

Assistant Coach Rich Wroblewski

Coach Rich Wroblewski officially joined forces with Head Coach Ryan Carter in 2022 and has been an integral part of the program ever since. Known for his calm demeanor and strategic insight, Rich brings a strong focus on the mental side of the game, helping players build confidence, resilience, and game IQ.

He specializes in developing the team’s outfielders, emphasizing smart positioning, quick reads, and aggressive play. Rich’s ability to connect with athletes and foster a competitive yet supportive environment has made him a key figure in the team’s continued growth and success.
